  The food was ok. My only problem was I ordered online which stated pick up in 20 mins. I went down to this Nandos to pick up my order. Firstly I was asked to queue which I clearly mentioned their website says No need to queue but go straight to the counter. I had no problem with this. Was told to wait another 10 mins for my order which I didn't have a problem with. 35 minutes later of waiting I had to inform them I couldn't wait any longer as that was the primary reason of ordering online. In total I can say I took an hour for them to make my order accounting for the fact I lost 20 minutes which is what it initially should have taken from ordering online. I do not see the point of them operating an online ordering platform if it is going to take way longer than ordering in!! Not happy
